thanks for sharing such nice recipes! 只是想补充提醒一下:milk不可以和orange之类的citrus fruit一起就好了,否则会curdle的~

我也经常点 carrot + tomato...或 carrot + tomato + milk...可以补充维他命A和C,具体功能就不清楚了...watermelon我都单点的。
